WHAT IS HIGH5?
A personal commitment to meet God in your secret place through worship daily at 5 in the morning until Jesus Christ comes again.
A corporate gathering of hearts in intercession that serves as prayer shields to one another and to the Body as a whole.

WHY DO HIGH5?
HIGH time to go back to our original and highest calling, that is God first before ministry;
INDIVIDUAL promise and enhancement;
GATHERING of hearts God for powerful worship intercession;
HEAVENLY focus of the heart and mind gives direction to our daily lives;
5 am is the most appropriate time

WORSHIP INTERCESSION
Rev 5:8 And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp (prophetic praise and worship) and they were holding golden bowls (prophetic prayer) full of incense (poured before the heavenly Altar of Incense), which are the prayers of the saints.

Worship brings us in the MEETING PLACE to COMMUNE with God

This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee. And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory… "

Exodus 29:42-43 KJV
Exodus 25:22
"And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel." (KJV)

"I will meet" is the word "ya’ad" which literally means "a meeting or engagement"
Has its roots in the words, "ye’diy" which means appointed, "yiddow", which means praised, & "yadah" which means to worship or revere with extended hands.

ONE WAY! JESUS!
Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. (NIV) Heb 10:19-22

Worship releases intercession.

When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets. Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before God from the angel’s hand. (NIV) Rev 8:1-4

Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name." Luke 11:2
Prayers of the saints are best offered after worship is released.
We do see from scripture a pattern of intercession which, when flowing from our worship, works in the heavenlies to accomplish the will & purpose of God in the earth.

Each saint holding the Harp and Bowl of incense;
Combined application of worship and intercession provides balance and power to a believer;

THE SEPARATION
WORSHIP/ Esther
Wore royal robes
Walked inside the courts of the palace
Welcomed by the king in his presence
Without deep concern for Israel

INTERCESSION/ Mordecai
Wore sackcloth
Walked up to the king’s gate
Waited to be noticed by the king
With burden for the sufferings of Israel

THE COMBINATION
Worship + Intercession
Queen Esther
Her prominent beauty was used to win the heart of the king;
Her generous outpouring through the feast solicited the king’s favor

Intercession + Worship
Mordecai
His genuine concern and burden were transferred to Esther;
His faithfulness resulted to his being saved and honored by the king.
Worship brings the intercessor nearer to God thereby making intercession more joyful and effective;
JOY AND PRESENCE
Intercession brings the worshiper grounded on the sensible application of genuine compassion for others;

Commit your 5am and start immediately;
After personally experiencing the benefits and changes, join the network;
Identify your up line who is an active HIGH5er as your parent prayer partner;
